Woo hoo

Biked a little over 50 miles on Saturday, will most likely try for a metric century this weekend. Weighed in at Weight Watchers this morning - after 71 weeks, I'm finally at goal weight. I'm now supposed to start eating more, which I don't know is realistic. However, if I don't up my food intake, or decrease my activity (which I won't do), I'm probably going to continue to lose weight. So, for the next couple of weeks, I'm going to blog all of my exercise and food, and see if I need to make any shifts.

Exercise:
  • 30 minute jog
  • 45 minute walk
  • 45 minute walk

Breakfast:
  • 16oz 2% milk
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/2 piece flatbread w/ peanut butter

Snack001:
  • 5 wasabi peanuts
Snack002:
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup fresh rapsberries and a sprinkle of Death Rain
Lunch:
  • 16oz 2% milk
  • 1/2 piece flatbread w/ peanut butter
  • 5 wasabi peanuts
Snack003:
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup fresh rapsberries and a sprinkle of Death Rain
Snack004:
  • 2 pieces leftover turkey from the turducken

Dinner:
  • 16 oz skim milk
  • Cheesy Death Bagel (Whole grain bagel w/ 2Tbs reduced fat cream cheese, 2 habanero peppers, 2 tsp minced garlic, generous dash of Blair's Sudden Death hot sauce, 1 slice reduced fat mozarella)

Total water:
64 oz.

Other:
Vitamins
1 can diet Red Bull
