Woo hoo
Biked a little over 50 miles on Saturday, will most likely try for a metric century this weekend. Weighed in at Weight Watchers this morning - after 71 weeks, I'm finally at goal weight. I'm now supposed to start eating more, which I don't know is realistic. However, if I don't up my food intake, or decrease my activity (which I won't do), I'm probably going to continue to lose weight. So, for the next couple of weeks, I'm going to blog all of my exercise and food, and see if I need to make any shifts.
