In training for Bike Psychos, which I'm very seriously considering combining with the CU Across The Prairie Ride for a 300km weekend. Better planned and regimented exercise and diet, etc.
- Saturday
- 2:05 @ 17mph average
- Sunday
- 3:13 @ 17mph average
- Today
- Rest as far as biking, approximately 1:00 in gym for cross-training

You're talking about Psycho Century, right? Are you going to ride the full 124 miles?
Yup on both...
I think this makes you officially a nut.
(Not that I'm one to talk. I've been on a mostly raw food diet for a week.)
