Back to bike monk-dom

In training for Bike Psychos, which I'm very seriously considering combining with the CU Across The Prairie Ride for a 300km weekend. Better planned and regimented exercise and diet, etc.
  • Saturday
    • 2:05 @ 17mph average
  • Sunday
    • 3:13 @ 17mph average
  • Today
    • Rest as far as biking, approximately 1:00 in gym for cross-training
