Pre-ride breakfast:
2oz FRS w/ 5g glutamine and 16oz water
1 envelope instant grits w/ 1T peanut butter
Ride:
1:25 @ 18.1mph average speed; very humid out (there was a noticable difference in air density)
I'm now up to an average speed of 15.55mpg for the season (weighted by duration of ride, 16.1mph not weighted). Getting closer to my goal of averaged weighted speed above 16mph (see this article)
