- I burn more calories before 7am than a small dieting person does all day
After a much needed week off, I'm back. I did a shortened version of the Tolono training out and back (21-1/4 as opposed to 25 miles). Average speed of 18.6 mph, average heart rate of 147bpm, rode in a fairly easy gear most of the time to work on fast cadence, burned about 1300 calories. I've got about 2 weeks off before I start training for Chicago, will still be running, and starting to get more biking in as well.

I just consumed a frozen lasagna before 5AM.
Please do me a favor and burn off those calories for me before 7AM today.
