4th of July 5k

Didn't do as well as I'd hoped (hoping to set a new PR, dream finish was finishing in 20:30 , unofficial finish was 23:48). I ran the first mile in 6:38, which is a PR for me, and is quite cool. I've got a couple days off, then I start training for Chicago next week.
