Fun start for the week

Saturday consisted of a 65 mile bike ride, followed by my usual Saturday between ride/run food and nap break, followed by an attempted 8 mile run. I say attempted because I ended up doing only about 7-1/2 miles, and the last half of it or so was pretty much at a shuffle. Got up at 0500 on Sunday to start work on the deployment for this week, worked until about 0630, then rested a good deal of the day on Sunday.

At about 0130 this morning, got a call from the engineer letting me know that one of the servers had slowed down, and that we were looking at potentially being outside of our migration window in terms of cutting over to the new system. Got that taken care of, addressed a couple of backup-related issues, back to bed. Alarm at 0500, woke up, upgraded two servers, 200 crunches + 64 push-ups on the stability ball, made a double-patented Shea'sSuperSmoothie (1 serving vegan protein powder, 2T lecithin, 1T psyllium husks, 5g l-gllutamine, 2 cubes frozen wheatgrass juice, 1T peanut butter, 1T honey, 1c frozen blueberries, 1c soy milk, 1/2c water. Blend until smooth, conquer the world), in at work by 0645 to finalize the cutover on two of the systems being migrated. Officiallly ready for a nap now, but currently planning on a full day of work.
