had an eye opening Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was a fantastic party full of yummy yummy food. Taught me that my food and alcohol tolerance have both declined precipitously. Was not drunk, but woke up on Sunday with a nasty hangover, which I think may have been due almost as much to the amazing quantity of country ham that I consumed as anything else.
Was planning on biking a metric century on Sunday, got about 28 miles in, and was struck by how much I think I've been overtraining. Only made it about 35 miles, then had to stop. Came home, showered, ate lunch, napped for 5 hours. Woke up, made dinner, went to bed. Working on better moderation this week....
